After placing an order online, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order within 24-hours. We’ll try our best to send your items via Australia Post within five business days of receipt of payment. However, if our products are temporarily unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. If your goods are placed on backorder, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Australian deliveries

• Flat rate $11.00 Australia wide
• Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on location
• For express fast-track deliveries, please add $5

International deliveries

• Flat rate $19.95 for New Zealand
• Rate for USA $30, UK $30, Hong Kong $30, for all other countries please email us for rate if need be.
• Please allow 14-21 working days for delivery, depending on location

Please note that international orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee, payable by the receiver, and dependent on the destination. Please be mindful of this if you plan to send a gift to someone overseas.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock, there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Britt Bears has no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
