If you would like to return an item that is not faulty for a full refund or to exchange the item, please let us know the reason along with your order number generated from brittbears.com.au within 21 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned items should be sent via a traceable method. Britt Bears Australia will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Britt Bears Australia online customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the return process if the item is not faulty. Britt Bears Australia will only refund purchases made directly on the brittbears.com.au website. Refunds will be reimbursed to your credit card account or original payment method within 10 working days of Britt Bears Australia receiving the returned items. Please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Guidelines
Britt Bears Australia is unable to offer refunds on items purchased from the site after 21 days. However, the item may be exchanged if it is part of the current Britt Bears Australia range online and undamaged. If the item is not available then it may be exchanged for something of equal or greater value (customer should expect to pay the price difference). Britt Bears Australia customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the exchange process.
Items can only be exchanged once. Please be aware that replacements will only be issued after your returns have been received.
Faulty Items
As we highly value the safety and quality of Britt Bears Australia products, please contact us immediately and each faulty item will be handled case-by-case. An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is evident. If your item is truly faulty, we will refund the amount paid online for this product. Please contact us to arrange the return of the item to Britt Bear Australia, Where possible, the item(s) will be replaced for the same product if preferred, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item is not available, you may exchange for something of equal or greater value (customer should expect to pay the price difference). All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. In this instance, the cost of the return of this item will be the responsibility of the customer.
